When ordering directly from our website, shipping and tax may not be calculated correctly for you. We will add the correct shipping and tax where necessary. Only Minnesota residents will be charged sales tax.
If ordering via email, phone, or fax, you may continue ordering from our online store, then print the order form and mail your payment if you prefer. If ordering directly from the website, you will be prompted to enter this information when needed. When you enter the Customer Information screen when checking out, make sure you select Phone/Fax under Select Payment Method. You can then skip the credit card information and print the order. Please note: Nothing ordered will be shipped until payment is received.

Overnight deliveries are an option also, but will be more expensive, usually between $16.00 and $23.00, depending on the carrier used and the delivery location. We can use Express Overnight from the Post Office, FedEx, or Airborne Express for our overnight deliveries.
