View and update your collections using the familiar spreadsheet layout. Notice at the bottom of the screen there are some buttons to help you view and print pictures, copy items, view and print reports or graphs, and also to search the database for a specific piece.

Edit Screen - Formatted Screen View

View and update your collections using the formatted screen layout. This screen shows only one item at a time, but shows all the information about that piece without having to scroll to see it.  Notice at the bottom of the screen there are some buttons to help you view and print pictures, copy items, view and print reports or graphs, and also to search the database for a specific piece.

Sort Screen

Sorting has never been easier!  The left side shows all the fields you can sort on, while the right side shows the current sort order.  To change the order, click on the Clear List button, then drag the fields from the left side to the box on the right.  When you are finished, click the Done button to select the database to sort.  The previous sort information will be saved for you, so you do not have to redo the information each time, just click on the Done button.
