Year 2000 Compliant Statement

The Village Collector versions 4.0 and 4.1 are Year 2000 Compliant except for the Market Value Graph.  That has been made compliant, and the changes are included in the downloadable file listed below.  We believe the Village Collector is totally compliant through extensive testing in Windows95 and Windows98, however, this does not constitute a guarantee of any kind, and Weishair Custom Software is not responsible for any data loss or other problems caused by the year 2000. 

Download Village Collector Y2K Updates This is for the Windows version of the Village Collector only, and only for versions 4.0 and 4.1 of the Village Collector.  Once you download this file, Y2K.EXE, Run it to install the changes.

What About Older Versions?

The older versions of the Village Collector should also be Year 2000 Compliant except for the Market Value Graph.  We are not intending to make any changes for older versions of the software.  If you are concerned about this problem and have an older version of the software, you will need to upgrade to version 4.2000.  Upgrades can be purchased from our Order Page.  We also will not be supporting changes for Windows 3.1.  If you are still using Windows 3.1, you may run into additional problems with the Year 2000 and really should upgrade to the latest version of Windows.
